Nietzsche
Today marks a year that our little fatty died. Mick wrote a tribute to him on his blog- and it includes a little video that Thomas made.
I still miss our fluffy black kitty. It’s hard to believe he’s been gone for a whole year. Sometimes when Thomas is carrying Baby Elvis around and al I can see is black fur, there is a moment when I think it’s Nietzsche.
I know the whole circle of life thing needs to happen but sometimes it’s hard to see it as just that.

I’m wiping the tears away after reading Mick’s account of Nietzsche’s life. It doesn’t seem that there are many cat people in the world, but I am one. Once you know the love of a great cat there is little that can compare. Just wanted you guys to know that I relate to what you are enduring. It was 7 years ago that I had to take my fat, black cat, Lucky on that final drive and to this day I keep his picture in my kitchen. I know that I will always miss that little stinker.
